Shipping policy

Hola mi gente — Chilaquil here, reporting live from my production headquarters (aka the couch with Karencita supervising).

All items are currently available as a pre-order. That means when you place your order, you’re securing your piece before we officially start production.

🗓️ Here’s the timeline:

• Pre-order period ends: by April 17
• Production time: approximately 1-2 week (my paws are fast, but quality takes time)
• Shipping time: approximately 1–2 weeks

📦 Estimated delivery: about 3–5 weeks after your order is placed

Once production begins, your items will be made, packed, and shipped with care (and a little bit of chilaquil fur (my bad).
